How Long is Your Shipping Time?

It usually takes two weeks or shorter. But during peak seasons like (November to January next year), the shipping time may take longer and we appreciate your wait.

When Will I receive a tracking code?

You will receive a tracking code and tracking link in the notification email once we ship your products. Generally speaking, we will ship your products in 1 - 3 business days after you place an order.

We offer free shipping for orders over $50, otherwise we charge a flat fee for $4.99 per order.

Where is my order?

Generally speaking, it takes 2 weeks for your order to arrive and you can always track your shipment by using the tracking code and link in the "order has shipped notification" email to see where it is. Please email us if you need further assistance.
