Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders from the US, Express shipping arrives within 7-9 business days after shipping.

If your order amount is $50 or below, shipping fee is $4.99;

If your order amount is $50.01 or above, shipping fee is $0.00

Once your item is processed you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and typically take 7-9 business days to the final destination. Use the tracking number to view the status of your shipment and the expected delivery date.

If you need to make changes to your order after it is placed, please contact Customer Support(support@vicwellhealth.com) right away. We will do our best to accommodate your changes if the item(s) haven't already been processed. You will receive your order confirmation and tracking number after placing your order, please be patient it may take a day or two. No extra tax fee is need.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

VICWELLHEALTH  is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.


**VICWELLHEALTH is not liable for unsuccessful delivery due to the wrong or incomplete address indicated in the form. If you entered the wrong address on our order form, we could reship your package for additional shipping and handling charges equal to your original order.
